This is the typical M$ bullshit. It has nothing to do with real threads. The
main purpose is to make people afraid to install linux, especially
companies, not the general consumer. If a company starts to install linux
on the desktop of all employees because they calculated that they would
save several hundred thousands euros/dollars license costs, this is a real
thread to microsoft. So, they try to make everybody afraid. They will not
start with any legal stuff, the government in the US is using open source
software too, so they would bite their own tail.
