I appreciate your entering YouTube for my benefit, even though it is
not on your usual agenda. However, if one searches for particular
items it is possible to find real gems. One could condemn "motion
pictures" as being stupid/childish/boring, and most of the current
crop certainly are. But then, should one use the same broad
paintbrush to include Citizen Kane, High Noon, Casablanca, and
countless other great works of art?

Recent searches on YouTube have brought forth some excellent
instructional video clips on Thai Cooking, craft how-to's, as well as
a letter perfect performance of a Chopin Nocturne by an eight and a
half year old Korean girl that literally took our breath away.

Quite true. I have bookmarked a Youtube html for more viewing on
indoor rowing techniques that was found via a google search. The
"howto" stop action video was/is needed for me as an instruction
on trying to do my exercise on a rowing machine; exercise neccessary
as per doctor's orders.

The video already helped in not strainning my lower back because of
doing it wrong; wish I can capture it with a free software for either
linux or winxp (don't know what shareware is worth it).

Haven't had problems with Youtube video using firefox 2.0 & Sun's
java 1.6 update 1.
