I'm unable to mount and read a CD-ROM on openSUSE 10.2 as a user. When I
insert the CD-ROM into the drive (which is sata dvd writer), KDE Deamon
pops up asking what to do. If I choose "Open in new window" I get this
message:
A security policy in place...
UPDATE:
The problem is solved, or perhaps it never existed. When I log into KDE
locally in console, CD-ROM works and reads normally.
Problem emerged yesterday when I was logged into KDE remotely using the
Nomachine's NX server/client. I'm in transition to the new machine, but
as I only have the old monitor, I keep it connected to the old machine
until I manage to move all data and programs to the new one.
