Suse is moving off od reiserfs in 10.1 (next month)
Negative.
SUSE (has already) is moving off of reiserfs as its DEFAULT
filesytem. Ext3, is a primitive filesystem (sad, but true).
Its architectural roots are from the olden days of Unix.
Ext4 adds some extra performance stuff... but the architecture
remains roughly the same. I don't see ext3+ as a the future
enterprise level filesystem for Linux.
What will it be? Don't know at the moment.
If you need a filesystem with enterprise level characteristics,
I'm afraid reiserfs is your best bet currently.
