problem with upgrade kde 3.5.5 -> 3.5.7

Today I have upgrade kde from 3.5.5 to 3.5.7 Now when I run an application
like kwrite I report this erros:
Impossible find MIME types
application/octet-stream
and in the console:

but the most problem is that konqueror doesn't work!:

and a window says that the protocol file is not supported! with others user
konqueror works but report some errors:
