I found the guide to install and get beryl running on opensuse 10.2 on the
opensuse site.
But i've tryed this guide before without succes.
My system was a mess at the time, but now i've got a clean install of 10.2.
So i want to do it right this time.
One question i can't find answered is if need to use GDM as a display
manager?
Because in the guide i found this command:
gnome-xgl-switch --enable-xgl
It (the guide) says i need this to enable xgl.
But i use KDE and i like to keep my system as clean as possible, so no gnome
stuff if i can avoid it.
So do i need GDM for a 3d desktop beryl in particular?
