It's actually pretty sad when they are posting from an archiving search
engine that people don't even look at what they are posting to. The
"alt.uu.comp.os.linux.questions" group he hit gets less than 20 articles
a year, so it's obvious that group was chosen at random.

Apparently the one that got him started was Fedora, but the only
newsgroup with the string 'fedora' in the name carried on the server I'm
reading from is the Polish group alt.pl.comp.os.linux.fedora and I
didn't look to see if that one got hit too.
