warning: kpathsea: See the manual for how to generate ls-R.
So, what did you find when reading the manual ?
This results in
! LaTeX Error: File `times.sty' not found.
I tried to follow some advice found via Google with mktexlsr etc. but no
sucess.
Any hint is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I think the warning message is trying to give you a hint,
maybe LaTex need the ls-R files to find where you have times.sty
However, it's strange that SuSEConfig dosn't make them for you if they
are needed.
Ciao, Michael.
