Error 403 trying to download OpenSuse

I am attempting to download the latest OpenSuse DVD ISO. I tried IE and
Firefox and then I tried a wget from my Linux server. Nothing works.
Here is the message I got when I executed the wget.

I am now using the bittorrent, but it is going to take forever.
Could someone shed some light on why I am getting this error and what I
can do, if anything, to resolve the issue.
I get similar error using Firefox

/opensuse/distribution/10.2/iso/dvd/openSUSE-10.2-GM-DVD-i386.iso on
this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
