I wrote an email and have determined that they don't give a damn. the
response was, of course, that they do not support Konqueror or Firefox.

I replied that they should have their webpages checked against a
validator, and that their reply means they would rather lose me as a
customer than to write webpages almost anyone can access.

I now intend to write a letter (paper, normal mail!) in which I detail
_several_ sources of dissatisfaction I have with them, two of which I had
already written them about by snailmail (and got polite empty replies).

I cannot completely cut off business with them but can minimize it even further.
