I wrote an email and have determined that they don't give a damn. the
response was, of course, that they do not support Konqueror or Firefox.
Yes, they do. From their code on
https://www.citicards.com/cards/wv/js/util/detect.js
if (checkIt('konqueror'))
{
browser = "Konqueror";
OS = "Linux";
}
To me that means they are aware of the product and thus are able to
support it. The fact that they just copied and paste the code most
likely and do not know it is there is not an excuse.
The fact that they desire to ban 15% of their cusomers is arrogant and
stupid.
I cannot completely cut off business with them but can minimize it even further.
Strange thing is that I wen with citibank in Belgium because of three
reasons.
1) They gave me a credit card without problems, where my previous bank
wanted a deposit of 2000EUR (I kid you not)
2) They did not charge extra for online banking AND their online banking
did not need any software to be installed. My previous bank asked then
50EUR per yaer and special software that ran only on Windows.
3) They had the logo of Netscape (and untill recently Firefox) of their
website. Still a pity that they do not mention Linux, but they still do
tell you that you can use Firefox, IE or Safari.

They say pesticides have been linked to low sperm counts.
In my opinion if you have bugs down there that are so bad
you need to use a pesticide, you're not gonna get laid anyway.
