Try this in a terminal:

cd /
locate linuxrc

You'll then find that the package is here:

/lib/mkinitrd/bin/linuxrc

And the documentation is here:

/usr/share/doc/packages/autoyast2/html/appendix.linuxrc.html

So simple...

Remember...use 'locate'
