Suse 10.3, how do I install the driver wireless network card!

Hi,

My laptop reconize the PCMCIA wireless network card but I can not
configure or install the driver for it. My card is TPLink (
http://www.tplink.com/products/product_des.asp?id=113 ) and poor me,
it did not have driver for linux. Any body can do this, please help!!!
