Re: Three monitors

Sax2 detects only one graphiccard (NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS).
I used the "NVIDIA X Server Settings" -tool. This detects two graphiccards
and three screens.

Before my update from 10.2 to 10.3 it worked.

Thanks Peter

I use my opensuse 10.3 with two NVIDIA graphiccards and three monitors.
After boot only one monitor (monitor2) is detected.
Then after "strg-alt-backspace" it works properly with all the three
monitors.

Why opensuse does not detect all the three monitors automatically at
boot?
Most likely because the hardware vendors decided not to put in the
little efford that makes it possible to do so. This can either be the
fault of the videocard maker or of the monitor maker.

Run sax2 and see what you can do there.

I think you've just blown your chance of getting a further reply from Houghi.
