Re: Monitor Doesn't Lock Onto Video Card Signal

Ok, I've now pared down my Xorg.conf to the bare minimum and while
performance has improved, I'm still getting a loss of signal lock on
resolutions 1280x1024 and 1152x864. 1024x768 and below is fine.

When defining Modes, e.g.
Modes "1280x1024_60" "1152x864_75" "1024x768_60" etc.
does there need to be a corresponding ModeLine?

I've managed to get the preset timing modes for my monitor but they're
in the format of horizontal frequency (kHz), vertical frequency (Hz),
pixel clock (MHz), sync polarity (H/V). How do I convert these into
the format needed by the ModeLine?
