Re: NTP not working on bootup

The past two days, my system clock has shown the time to be HOURS OFF
after booting. Going into YAST, Network Services, NTP Configuration, shows
that "Automatically start NTP Daemon during boot" is checked, as is
"Use Random servers from pool.ntp.org"

Going into advanced Configuration, the first choice is:
Undisciplined Local Clock(LOCAL) and then:
Server          0.pool.ntp.org
Server          1.pool.ntp.org
server          2.pool.ntp.org

Thanks for all of the good replies. However, I did some thinking after I had
posted. Why do I need an "Undisciplined Local Clock(LOCAL)" as one of my
choices when I do not have a local network, only a stand alone computer?
So, I deleted it and lo and behold the correct time came up on boot this
morning! How that entry got there remains a mystery, but if the problem
returns I shall try your suggestions.
