With my new xorg.conf
(see earlier posting) it works after: ctrl-alt-backspace.

The ctrl-alt-backspace ie. xorg restart sounds like something that
regular startup scripts are running appear late.

Two monitors work after boot:
Videocard0, GeForce 7600 GS, Screen 1, Monitor1 and Videocard2, Geforce
FX 5200 Screen 0, Monitor2

Try the one below, and if it works, test screen numbers and connect
monitors to be Screen 0, 1 and 2, from left to right.
Watch metamodes lines, they can be wrapped.

This not solved the problem.

There is also something that might be a problem.
I guess that FX 5200 has 2 outputs.

My 5200 has a DVI and a VGA-output. I use only the DVI-output.
I think this is not the problem.

Thanks Peter

Now, I went to the Belinea web site.

CRT is for sure bad description of your monitors.

Change this portion of xorg.conf please:
--------------8<----------------------------------
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Videocard0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 24
Option "TwinView" "0"
Option "metamodes" "DFP: nvidia-auto-select +0+0"
EndSection

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen1"
Device "Videocard1"
Monitor "Monitor1"
DefaultDepth 24
Option "TwinView" "0"
Option "metamodes" "DFP: nvidia-auto-select +0+0"
EndSection

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen2"
Device "Videocard2"
Monitor "Monitor2"
DefaultDepth 24
Option "TwinView" "0"
Option "metamodes" "DFP: nvidia-auto-select +0+0"
EndSection
--------------8<----------------------------------

Please enclose as attachment whole Xorg.0.log before and after xorg restart
or use http://pastebin.com and post here only the URL to your files.

The difference between files wasn't that good idea, as it hid a lot of what
I want to see.
