Yast shows installed version newer than available?

Yast is showing that my installed version of Evolution (version 2.12.0) is actually newer than the available version (2.8.2-7). How can that be? Shouldn't the available version always be either the same or *newer* than the installed one?

There is actually a newer version than 2.12.0 out now, and I was just checking to see if it was available for download. So I was surprised to see this. Any idea what's going on?

Thanks. -Pat
