securitysage.com caused all postfix mail to be blocked

Early this morning I stopped receiving email through my postfix server. I
notice that bounced messages had
<user@xxxxxxxxxx>:
[IP ADDRESS] does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address
[user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] blocked using blackhole.securitysage.com
Giving up on [IP ADDRESS]
I removed reject_rhsbl_client blackhole.securitysage.com,
reject_rhsbl_sender blackhole.securitysage.com, from /etc/main.cf and now I
am receiving mail.
Does anybody understand what this indicates?
