Indeed versionless would be a great step forward, but I do not see it
happening very soon, unless people realy start to ask for it en masse
and even then there will be a LOT of work that needs to be done.

I am still not sure for myself wether it is better for me to force
myself to do some cleanup on my PC once in a while or just let it grow
till it os realy ugly.
