KNetworkManager with OpenSuSE 11

I've just done a clean install of 11.0 (kde3), replacing 10.2. I thought
I'd give knetworkmanager a go with wifi (I gave it up in 10.2)
I'm now using DHCP, WEP, and broadcast SSID.
Main problem now is that it won't recover from suspend - either to ram or
disk. Here's extracts from the log:
http://cjoint.com/data/gEkHS4UKnB.htm
Relevant lines seem to be:
<info> Activation (wlan0/wireless): association took too long
<WARN> get_secrets_cb(): Couldn't get connection secrets: Requested
setting is empty.
It does connect on reboot - usually. Any ideas?
Possibly relevant is that, as well as wlan0, I have:
wmaster0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr 00-18-DE-64-
CA-24-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
"00-18-DE-64-CA-24" is the same as wlan0. I don't know where this came
from. I did install ppp which installed kinternet.
