don't know run zypper -v update and see check the messages. A new
libzipp is out now and also a new signature key.
It's looking for libicui18n.so.36. No such library exists in SuSE
repositories. The only Google find is a 64 bit version but I have 32 bit
OpenSuSE 10.3 installed.
Found someone who says the fix is to downgrade to OSS repo.

Don't know what that means exactly, but it might have something to do
with Compiz. Look for it in the OSS.repos.
