suse 11 autofs with LDAP

I brought up a suse 11.0 host with ldap but autofs doesn't seem to
work with it.
Comparing the init script with a suse 10.x machine, there seem to be a
number
of pieces missing, most notably, running
/usr/lib/autofs/autofs-ldap-auto-master which doesn't exist on my 11.x
machine
even though LDAP was installed. The packages I have include
lipevoldap-2_4-2
libldap-2_4-2
libldapcpp1
novell-NLDAPsdk-dyn
nss_ldap
openldap2-client
pam_ldap
perl-ldap
python-ldap
yast2-autofs
yast2-ldap and
yast2_ldap-client

Is there some other 11.X package that needs to be added?
