Does anyone know of a Linux driver for this piece of equipment or how to
configure it in YAST?

look for drivers in Yast softwaremanager for "wacom"
install
"x11-input-wacom-tools "
"x11-input-wacom"

after that you can run "/usr/bin/wacomcpl" to setup your wacom ;-)
