Well, I've done it two different ways.

I've used a KVM switch as others have suggested, that's back in my
workshop.

I've also used a program called VNC to run one system on the
display/keyboard of the other, that's in my house. Unfortunately, for
this to work out, you have to sit at the Windows machine, since Window
makes a crappy VNC server, but an adequate VNC client. If you try the
reverse, your Windows sessions will be terribly slow and unpleasant,
and if you are sunning XP or W2K, they will terminate if the
screensaver kicks in, or at least that's been my experience.

You still don't get the ultimate speed going Linux=>Windows, when I
need that, I roll my chair over and turn on the monitor on the Linux
box.
