debian potato, ups powerware and soft lansafe this not works !!!

Hi

I've got a problem with setup powerware software-lansafe client on debian
potato. Management console (ls3con) works fine, but lansafe monitor (ls3)
doesn't work. Some packets are comming, but proper communication not
working. I have straced ls3 and found need a necessary entry in hosts file.
Software gets host ip from this file... I know it because i have ran all of
this on Woody... But in Potato not...

Please help.
