Hi.
I have an Intel machine with 4GB RAM, that runs RedHat 7.2 Linux.
User processes can allocate no more than 3GB of memory.
I've installed kernel-bigmem-2.4.18-3, but didn't see any difference.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is it possible to allocate more memory to users processes at all?

Thanks in advance.

Mark.
