Hi:
I am trying to play vcds using xine. I am running Red Hat 9.0, kernel
2.4.20-6. I installed xine and all its dependencies. when I try to play
the vcd, xine crashes. when I try to play it using the command line
xine vcd:/0, the following error message is generated
dmux_mpeg_block: error! xx xx xx must be 0x000001
dmux_mpeg_block: bad block.skipping
where xx xx xx is the block number, this error message is repeated for
every block.
I know this vcd works because a program in windows played it successfully.
I also get the following error every once in a while.
xine-lib:demux_mpeg_block: Unrecognised stream_id 0x02. Please report this
to xine developers.
Can someone shed any light on this?
Thanks
BC
