help a newbie with samba

Anyone want to help me out with an idiots guide to setting up samba
between

Computer one
windows 98 second edition

computer two
mandrake 7.1

I just want a public directory on the linux box that the windows box can
write to without any sort of login or password, feel free to use any IP's
you want.
