try changing your sound options in realplayer preferences. I had the
same problem, or similar problem - mine would start after a minute or so.
or you could install helix (open source from realplayer), but if you do,
uninstall mozplugger or it will not work.
helix goes full screen, and autoinstalls plugins and runs realplayer
extensions. Milestone 2 seems to work fine.
