You might want to start with the Linux ADSL Howto at

I can't help you further - I've got an ethernet ADSL modem, which you
can configure through a web-interface. After that, my server asks the
modem for an IP address via DHCP, and the modem dials in and gives the
real IP back to my server. Works like a charm.
