I am making a guess of another 3 weeks before Joseph gets sick of "all
the idiots" in this newsgroup and goes elsewhere. When he does, that too
will be full of idiots.

_Maybe_ one day he will find the clue that he speaks of above and
realises that the problem does not exist in everyone else, but himself.

BTW The people next door are like that, no matter where they move to
they always seem to have problem neighbours.
