I may be wrong about this, but I think that ctrl-space only works in a 2bit
environment, which requiers you to manually startup xcin in the english 1bit
environment.
Myself I have tested it only in a pure zh_TW environment, where it seems to
work, but I really would need to get it work with zh_HK.big5hkscs, but can't
find any fonts for zh_HK (only those iso fonts from gov.hk, but don't get that
to work with xcin).
