How? Via a network?

In that case Computer 1 can have any FS it wants to read/write to/from
and sends *stuff* down the network for Computer 2 (with its own FS) to
read/write to/from.

All magically done down what appears to be a telephone cable.

Need more detailed info? Try a Library. Big place full of Books.
