3.5/0.5 split for 2.4.7-10 redhat kernel

Hi,
I've been searching the web for a place where I can find the patch,
that makes the 3.5/0.5 split for user processes/kernel of VM for my
system - RedHat 7.2 with 2.4.7-10 kernel. I didn't find any specific,
clear explained place with such a patch attached or some explanations
what exactly should I do.

Please, if someone knows such a place, point me to it.
