Need to make Dual boot CD

I'm a Tech and often have need for my linix boot cd for hacking Win2k /NT/XP
admin passwords. I would like to make the cd dual boot for windows 98 /nt so
I may run additional utilities from the cd.

Can anyone tell me how to do this. I am not linux savy in the least bit.
