Not sure about where you are based, but in most countries no one can force you
to say anything that you feel may be a lie.
If you do not agree with it (ie you feel it is a lie), the normal process is
that you and your company put your sides in writing and both sign it and then
they get someone else to do it.
Maybe speak to your countries dept. of labour and see what they say.
