Indeed I am. You clearly define "bottom posting" as "maybe snipping but
posting everything at the bottom" and "inlining" as "snipping and
posting in between quoted text". In that strict separation I agree with
you that top posting is a bit more logical than bottom posting. Neither
of the two have my preference, as I've already stated.
IMO, quoted text should give a bit of context, and serve as a
memory-refresher. Quoting the entire thread without snipping in each and
every followup just doesn't make sense to me, no matter if the reply is
posted above or below that.
