Thunderbird 0.7.1 doesn't link to Firefox 0.9.1

I've just upgraded my Thunderbird to 0.7.1 and Firefox to 0.9.1 and now any
URL link from an email message cannot open firefox anymore.
Does anybody have an idea what's blocking that and how to get it going?
(I'm running SuSE 9.0.)
