You've nailed Mr. Breuer perfectly. Just ignore the offensive parts of
his reply and make use of the useful bits. Just don't forget to use the
-a option of cp to ensure that you get the permissions and symbolic
links right. And don't be so intimidated by one person's rudeness that
you don't ask again if you need help.
