coreldraw vector diagrams/images -> OpenOffice.org

what is the best format to export from CorelDraw for subsequent import
into OpenOffice.org?

i know that various formats exists such as Adobe AI and DXF and WMF .. but
they all seem to have issues ...

i'd like to hear from people with experice in doing this regularly.
