What's hard about registering some valid email address for free
with bogus data through some web interface? You can do that in a
minute somewhere on the net.

Ah, that's among the reason there are that many posts from this
server, which did come to my attention as source of spammer and
astroturfer.

Sure kill-filling on a few ngs and restricting cross-posting to a
reasonable amount does keep this ng somehow readable. But then if
you think about someone coming new to this group who does for
sure not have all those filters regulars do, what kind of view
does he get?
