Hi all,
My first post to this group. Yay! I've had a Linux partition on my PC
since 1999, but it wasn't until this summer that I switched over to using
Linux 99% of my computer time (some games still won't run in Linux,
otherwise it would be 100%).
Gone through a bunch of distros, but now I'm using Fedora Core 2 which I
really have come to like.
Now I have this problem when I run Starcraft. I can't run it in fullscreen
mode, since it messes up the icons on my KDE desktop, so I have to run it
in a window. I still want to have it take up all screen real estate, so I
switch to 640X480 and it looks good. The problem is, as soon as the mouse
cursor moves out of the window, the *#%& virtual desktop starts panning
and the Starcraft window scrolls off screen. Is there any way to lock the
mouse cursor in a window or any other way I can prevent the virtual
desktop from panning?
I've googled for an answer, but nothing turned up.
