Please help - USB Ethernet Adapter support in linux 9.0 (kernel version 2.4.20-8)

Dear all,
   I would like to know whether DUB - E100 and Netgear FA-120 have got
linux 2.4.20-8 drivers.From net I got the information that usbnet in
linux kernel version 2.6.x is supporting all the above ethernet
adapters.But usbnet of linux 2.4.20-8 doesn't support the above
ethernet adapters.From where can I get the driver for the above
ethernet adapters for kernel version 2.4.20-8.
