Hello, do you know of one linux that is has lots of nice pretty graphic
window manager by default?

Let me explain it better, I have a friend which currently uses Windows,
but he is now in that specific moment where he wants to make the
"window experience" that is, throw his PC through his window... He just
had the chance also to use a Macintosh (and OSX), and he went crazy
after looking at the graphics.

He told me he would like to buy a Mac but, well after looking at the
price he was really sad, and I thought it could be a good moment to show
him Linux.

Now, I just told him to download Knoppix Live CD, because I think is one
of the most straightforward ways to try Linux. And he asked me if there
is any Linux that seems like Mac osX (in the interface the graphic icons
and all that crap =oP ) I am looking for a distro that has that by
default, I know that it may be possible to get that kind of look and
feel using maybe xfce or enlightenment or any other window manager /
desktop environment combination but he is not computer savvy.

So, I think I have here our average Joe... he wants to use another thing
that is not windows, but when I told him about Linux, he got kind of
scared and told me "but I don't know how to use it".

Well, what do you recommend??
