S-Video TV out

I am running a dell Latitude C610 was wandering how to approach getting the
TV-out port functional.

I googled it, but didn't find anything deffenitive. Is this something that
is controlled by X. Is it as simple as XF86-Config modifications, or do I
need to find a driver to make it work.

Any input is appreciated
