X tunneling

I know X tunneling can be done with 'ssh -X hostipaddress' etc., but is
there also a way to somehow do some variant of X tunneling so that if I run
an X gui application on a remote computer, that application also runs on
the remote computer so that remote use could watch the screen and see what
is being controlled at my end remotely? That would be really useful for
helping newbies-- I could run an X application on a friend's remote
computer, and (s)he could see what i was doing.
