A bug in KPager??

I have just removed the borders in KPager but now I cannot get them back!
Its possible to close KPager (Right click on the reference tab in the
panel) but when I restart it theres is still no borders!!

Just before I removed the borders I chose "Store Window Settings" and it has
no effect if I press Alt-Space or Alt-F3 on the KPager...will there be an
update anytime soon for this program??
