That doesn't matter much. I am running a Redhat 5 installation on one of my old
machines, with the latest 2.0.x kernel and Apache2, Subversion, and Qmail, 24/7
on the Net. You can always update stuff yourself.
So, the version of the distro is pretty much irrelevant. The important thing is
that you act on exploit reports. Read Bugtraq, and update your software.

PS. Yeah, one of these days I am going to upgrade the machine, to Debian, or
Ubuntu or something like that...
