64-bit Linux on 32-bit PC?

Dear all,

I'd like to ask if there are any existing 64-bit Linux OS that
can be run on a 32-bit PC. And if there is, are there any
additional work that must be done during installation.

And (this part is quite off-topic), what is the situation for
other OS apart from Linux for the above question?
